If you have a LSW Dragonball/Z/GT series sheet that you feel deserves to be on the archive please do ONE of the following;

- (If you have a registered account on our forum): Private Message the sheet(s) to one of the Forum Administrators (Jay, Angryboy, Koji or Blues Light).

- (If you do not have a registered account on our forum): Email the sheet(s) to submit@dbzvortex.co.uk.

In order for work to be submitted, it must abide by the following rules:

# 1 - The sheet(s) must include a credit tag. This site doesn't like to promote not crediting spriters for their hard work.

# 2- The work is 'up to scratch'. The archive is a preserved space for good sheets, so (not to be harsh), crappy work isn't acceptable.

# 3 - The character or background must be from the Dragon Ball Universe (So anything AF, Custom and outside of DB/Z/GT is excluded).

# 4 - If the character is for the VRP project, ensure it matches the shade profile from the tutorial.

Also, if possible post a few poses of your sheet on the forum to try to get some comments and/or constructive criticism from renowned spriters, take on any advice they give and your work is bound to be accepted.

Private Messaging (or PMing) one of the Administrators is very simple. Above, the links on each administrators name is pointed directly to PMing them! So simply type an appropriate title "Subject:" line, and in the message, include the URLs of the sprite-sheets (and please, do not send links to the forum topics that hold them - the direct URL link of the sheet. This is especially the case if you are posting work that is being hosted on a another board). Use the "Preview" button to make sure that all is in order, then send the message (using this method to submit sheets to the Vaults is faster than sending via email).

- (If you do not have a registered account on our forum)

When sending, be informative with the email subject like this;

"Submitting Work: {Name of Vault} - {Name of Character} "

Say for example that you were wanting to submit a Goku LSW sheet to the Classic Vault. The email's subject would be;

"Submitting Work: Classic Vault - Goku"

As with PMing the administrators, please send the URL links of the sheets.

Now that you know how to do this, start sending us some sheets! Remember, DBZ Vortex is where it is right now because of being open to submissions from you!
