Emperor Chaozu...a long forgotten name that has been sucked dry from the minds of almost every living soul on the planet Earth. Here, a dynasty has died by the accumulation of technology and time forgetting the very respectful past that brought the world to what it is now. Of course that is to say, time never stops. Just like those white washed blue waves of water, the ebb and flow are all distinct tied to the circle of life.
If it shatter and falls, then the world shall fail. But now...now that Earth has been pointed out to be one of the most cultivated and possibly the most abundant of resourceful of planets, it has become a target for many species of races to gather and perhaps to even conquer said planet. Although they are sneaking around and forming alliances, there is truly only one man who can unite not just planet Earth, but the whole Universe under one flag...The flag of the respected Qin Dynasty.
The Qin Dynasty was not a very well known Dynasty in the past known as China. The Qins were known for their hard work and labour and military strength. The former Emperor, Chaozu's Father whose name has also been lost through the times passing, was a great warrior, man, husband, and follower of the Shen.
Shen (roughly translating to "spirits"), yin ("shadows"), and the realm they were said to live in. The Chinese offered sacrifices in an attempt to contact this other world, which they believed to be parallel to the earthly one.
The dead were said to simply have moved from one world to the other. The rituals mentioned, as well as others, served two purposes; to ensure that the dead journeyed and stayed in the other realm, and to receive blessings from the spirit realm.
Though short lived in their right, the Qin were one of the most renowned for their works on the Great Wall of China...which now has been struck down and abolished by the New World to create roads and cities on planet Earth now bound by Democracy.
It is time to break these laws; it is time to sweep away the future into a new world. It is time for the Qin Dynasty to once again gain control not just past ideas of China, but to bring about a new world order, one that will cease the ideals of selfishness. Rules under one man, the world can be made the most valued of places and perhaps even rival the world of the Gods....
"Emperor Chaozu...It is time to wake up...My Lord..."The sound of rain and the thunder startled the young Emperor from a vicious vision. He had been fasting since the days he came out of the Cave of Dreams, a long dark tunnel that depicted the past in forms of painted imagery where he had trained for over the last ten years.
Chaozu opened his distant eyes, black marbles of emptiness stared into the rich blue glass like orbs of one of his vassals. There was no emotion on his face, his eyes were so empty...Only he could ever known what horrific training he had gone through those ten long years. Chaozu stood up; his vassal threw a black cloak over his shoulders, and then clipped the cloak with a silver broach that had an articulate design of a spirit. Chaozu waved his hand for the vassal to move.
"Why did you wake me up?" the Emperor asked.
"Your Highness...the men are slowly losing moral. We have been journeying since you have been 'awoken' and the men are hungry, and tired. I was asked to represent the men and voice their opinion," the man slowly gulped as he lowered his eyes from Emperor Chaozu, he was not allowed to directly look at the pale Emperor.
"I understand...Allow the men to recuperate, have a party search out for food and water, and have another begin construction of the village. We will begin rebuilding the Qin Dynasty here."
"Thank you very much, Emperor Chaozu."
His vassal was waved out, leaving the young Emperor alone once more in his make shift tent. They were humans of the old world and did not understand much of the new technology that was created within these bounds of the world. Chaozu had been training in the Cave of Dreams for the last decade and so much has changed. Though he was born into the New World, he felt it was blasphemous to his ancestors.
During his training, Emperor Chaozu was able to break the restraints of his disease that held his power for so long. He was able to break the binds and grow up to become a proper Emperor. However, during his time away from civilization, Emperor Chaozu has grown cold and mysterious. His black glass eyes seemed empty and without thought or emotion to ride his thoughts. His facial features yet unmoved, the two bright red dots upon his face signified the lineage of something else he found interesting depicted on the walls. The Kyonshi, an ancient vampire blood line that could be flowing in his veins. However, he is not certain of the extent of the blood line that runs through his veins. But it would be helpful if he could figure it out. With his technical powers under control now, Emperor Chaozu finally left the Cave of Dreams and will be Emperor of the true Qin Dynasty once again.
Emperor Chaozu walked out from his tent; several workers were working quickly to get shelter up from the rain and thunder. Light blasted the sky and sent tremors of violent storms their way. Emperor Chaozu unfolded his arms and held them outwards to the side, his delicate face cocking upwards feeling the cold rain fall upon his white toned skin. His eyes closed as if he was absorbing the rain itself into his body. Everyone stopped working as they watched him, and knelt down quickly for respect. He was an eclectic Emperor. Those long years away from anyone else...what was the extent of his training?

After the brief intermission of thirty minutes, it was time for the last match. Soka and Coenn walked out to the arena. They stood together in the center staring each other down. Coenn laughed and turned around, walking to his side of the arena, which got a little bit of the crowd cheering. Soka then took off his jacket and threw it over Coenn's head. The crowd gasped at Soka's sign of insolence. As Coenn turned around Soka tripped him with a quick leg sweep. Coenn fell face first into the arena. The crowd went nuts, both scared for Soka and cheering for someone who seemed to actually have a chance against Coenn.
"All right, all right you two, stop the messing around, the match hasn't started yet." Coenn stood up and threw Soka's jacket into the dirt that surrounded the arena. The announcer then let them know the match had started.
Coenn was the first to strike, swinging wildly at Soka with devastatingly powerful hits. Soka swiftly dodged the onslaught, which would have easily put a normal man into the hospital, if not killed him. "Great job Coenn, you really are the king," said Soka, in a rather caustic tone. Coenn became furious and took another swing at Soka, who blocked the attack with his right forearm. Coenn swung his other arm, which Soka blocked with his left forearm. Then, Soka quickly raised his knee and managed to hit Coenn's jaw. Coenn stumbled backward.
"Come on Coenn, why don't you just kill me with your massive strength already?" The crowd was wild, everyone was standing and cheering, they whistled and stomped as loudly as they possibly could. Coenn then regained his balance and ran at Soka, then, at the last moment he jumped up, and slammed his elbow down to Soka, who jumped to the side, causing Coenn to fall to the arena floor.
"Would you like me to slow down Coenn?" Coenn's face was red due to his exasperation, and partially due to his exhaustion; he had never had to try this hard or fight this long before. Still Coenn stood up again, and went at Soka, swinging as wildly as he ever had before, Soka this time ducked to avoid his swing, and returned with an equally powerful blow to Coenn's chest. Coenn was winded slightly, although he was still in fighting condition. Soka jumped and kicked Coenn in the side of his face, causing him to fall down before he could get up. "Coenn, you're never going to beat me. Nothing you can do will even get you close to me, can't you just understand that?"
Coenn apparently could not understand any of what Soka said, because he got up yet again and tried the same tactic, only to be returned with another blow to the head. He still tried with every ounce of strength he had to beat Soka, but he just couldn't. Coenn just wasn't strong enough. "Okay Coenn, I'm done playing around, you can either forfeit, or you can beat me, or I'll have to beat you, which is it?"
"None of them!" A voice from the audience called. He jumped down to the stage where Coenn and Soka stood. The man had black and red hair, spiked up and back down his neck. He was wearing an extremely tight red shirt, and black jeans. Soka could feel he had an immense ki level, higher even than Blade's and Korin's.
"I am Kuro. You must be Soka, the ever so admirable albino saiyan." Kuro stood still and waited for Soka's response. All he got was a simple nod. "Okay Soka, listen to me. You see that group of students over there," Kuro pointed to a group of about one hundred high school students, and Soka nodded again; "well, if you want them to live you'll come with me, alone." Kuro raised a hand at the students, and a bright red ball of ki with black electricity circling around it was seen in his hand.
"Kuro, relax; I will come with you." Soka turned around to Coenn, "sorry we can't finish this Coenn, but I have to leave now." Soka then turned again to the front row seats where the other contestants were seating, "Blade, don't worry about me, you should know what to do now. Make sure the others are kept safe, that goes for you to Korin, protect everyone to the best of your ability."
Soka then walked up beside Kuro and began to walk forward. "Well Kuro, let's go now shall we?"
"You're going to leave that easily?"
"Yes, now let's go, my patience grows slim."
"Of course, here, we'll take the express elevator." Kuro clapped his hands and a red vortex with a black center appeared parallel to the ground. "Jump in it Soka, you won't be disappointed. Soka did as he was told and jumped into the vortex, Kuro immediately following him. They arrived in a very dark, very humid underground 'lair' of sorts.
"Welcome to hell Soka."
"Oh, thanks Kuro, mind telling me why you brought me here?"
"Sure, you're going to be dying soon anyway. I was hired by a saiyan by the names of-"
"Let me guess, Frost right?" Soka smirked at the end of his comment, feeling confident in what he said.
"Y-yeah, how'd you know that?"
"Lucky guess I s'pose."
"Whatever, the point is, I'm going to kill you."
"You mean like the dozen or so Barinian elite that were going to kill me?"
"No, I mean like the demon with over one million ki that's going to kill you."
"Good luck, you insolent fool, you don't have nearly one million ki."
"We'll see about that."
"Yes, we will. Right now in fact. I'm not one of your generic bad guys that take things slowly, I like it nice and simple and-" Soka interrupted Kuro with power packed right hook that plowed him into the ground. Soka then jumped back a meter or so.
"You're wrong, if you weren't the generic bad guy, you wouldn't have been talking so much. And since I'm not your everyday superhero, I'm not going to give you enough time to come to full power." Kuro stood up and smirked at Soka. He then quickly moved his arm and shot a ki bomb at Soka, who, at that time, simply swatted it away. Soka then took in a quick breath of air, and his ki level shot up to two hundred thousand. Kuro still trailed behind at eighty thousand ki.
"Now Kuro, you have two choices. Surrender now, or prepare for the worst." Kuro answered with a quick flux of ki. Then, Kuro's skin started to dissipate and his hair fell to the ground. New skin grew around his skeletal structure, and two long horns grew out from just above his ears. His skin was red and black now, and his ki level was above Soka's, at three hundred thousand.
Kuro took off at Soka, and slammed him in the face, and then again in the gut; and he got in even more hits around the rest of his upper torso. Soka didn't do a thing to protect himself, he just let Kuro tear him down. After a minute of brutal beatings Kuro jumped back. "Soka, you're even weaker than I thought you were, how do my punches feel?"
"Actually, they feel great Kuro; oh wait, I didn't feel anything. I guess I know which path you chose, although it really wasn't the best choice." Soka's hair began to flow up and then back down again; as his ki began circling around him, and finally burst out in a wild aura. Soka's hair spiked up again, as it once had before, and it turned blue. He indeed was giving it his all by using his saiyan abilities to their potential. Soka's ki measured approximately three hundred fifty thousand, giving him a very slightly higher ki level.
"So Kuro, you ready for the real fight now," Soka asked, in a very calm, serious manner.
